This Waste Water Treatment Plant for treatment of effluents generated byRIA WWTP Coop. Soc. Ltd. selected Hydroair Tectonics (PCD) Ltd. for implementation of this project. The project was completed through active cooperation from officials of MPCB & MIDC.

1. MCC Room.
2. Fully equipped Laboratory & control room.
3. Administration block with separate conference facility.

PRIMARY TREATMENT	: Equalisation
 			  Neutralisation.
 			  Flash mixing for chemical dosing (Alum)
			  Clariflocculation

SECONDARY TREATMENT	: Aeration Secondary Clarifier.
 			  Aerobic polishing step with inbuilt settling. 

TERTIARY TREATMENT 	: Pressure sand filter.
			  Activated carbon filter.

SLUDGE HANDLING 		: By mechanical means: Centrifuge. Dewatered 
			  sludge will be stored temporarily and transported
			  to designated site.
